Shannons Nationals RD 9 Sun 17/11/13

Well Sunday greeted us with a sunny day and a full day of racing with a 3 hour endurance race for Production cars. First race though was the Aust Saloon cars with a big field of cars we knew it would be full on and they did not disappoint with plenty of carnage with a big incident which required me to write a report no one hurt well maybe their wallets will be a bit lighter. Kumho V8s 2nd race for the day and they were trying to outdo the saloon cars again plenty of body work to be repaired and maybe some hurt prides but all good. Rest of day provided good racing and a fun crew to work with Suzi on comms Myself,Russell and Steve on Flags and Paul B Sector. We also had the pleasure of having two visiting Marshals from Nepal who spent a few hours at our point to see how we do things at Circuit racing. Four days rest and off to Phillip Island for V8 Supercars.
